Peachtree Regional is officially over. Congratulations to the team for making it all the way to the finals and placing in Second place! As we prepare for South Florida regional, be sure to check out videos of the matches, provided on the media page. If you've got any photos or videos, please send them to Kobi Tate. February 5th - The South Florida Regional in Ft. Lauterdale is coming up soon! The team will depart from the Bus Canopy at 6:30 AM on Wednesday, March 27 and will return on Sunday, March 31, with arrival times pending (though the team will most likely return very early in the morning). More information will be emailed to team members in the coming weeks. The trip costs $500, and team members who want to attend must turn in full payment by Friday, March 15, along with the trip form (emailed on February 7). The fee will pay for the following things:- Charter bus to and from Ft. Lauterdale
- Lodging for 3 nights at the Reniassance Ft. Lauterdale Cruise Port Hotel
- Meals from dinner on March 27th through dinner on March 30th
March 21st - Plans are beginning to be set in stone this week. Students who are attending the South Florida Regional trip should have already turned in their money and forms to Mr. Weinberger. If you have not done so, do it ASAP (in other words, now).
We will be meeting at the Northview bus canopy at 5:30 AM on Wednesday, March 27th to load all personal belongings into the bus. The bus will depart no later than 6 AM. If you are late, you will not be going on the trip.
Please arrive having already eaten breakfast or bring something to eat. We will be stopping for lunch on the way down. Students will be expected to pay for their own lunch. There will be snacks on the bus, but not enough to make an entire meal for every student.
The bus we will be taking has a DVD player, so, if you'd like to bring movies for the team to watch, feel free to do so. Please do not bring any R-Rated films. We will also be hosting students from Roswell High School on our bus and all students will be expected to respect and honor gracious professionalism while on this trip.

FIRST 2013 Season
January 5th - The FIRST 2013 season has begun! This year's game is titled Ultimate Ascent and you can view the game animation on the FIRST YouTube channel (link coming soon). The game manual is also available on the FIRST website.Team members need to ensure that they have completed the team sign-up process. This includes filling out a Nordson release form and reading the team handbook. The team fee will be due on March 1st, 2013 and pays for the following things.
- 25 to 30 meals during the build season (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays)
- Team t-shirt and hoodie
- Team materials (not including robot parts. These are materials to buy for the team pit, tools, spirit, printing, and all of those miscellaneous expenses)
