The Game
This year's game is titled "High Octane." It is a competition in which four robots are on a game field and must manipulate pieces and pick them up to bring back to "base" where a spotter will palce them in the corresponding sotrage locations. These gamepeices will make equations that will allow us to gain points. The field is divided into different zones, including the "storage/base," where organic compounds are placed to create equations, a moving fishing line, where CO2 balls will be hanging form while moving around the field, and a circular middle, where "energy" and H2O will be kept for the robot to retrieve. Points are scored for complete equations and minor points ofr individual compounds collected.

The Techno Titans have been working feverishly to complete the robot and BEST Award on schedule. Each meeting's accomplishments are documented and made available on the Meeting Minutes page.
The Techno Titans attended the BEST 2009 Kick-off at Southern Polytechnic State University. After the kick-off, members held a session to review the game and begin brainstorming ideas for this years game.
