The leadership system within our team works so that existing leadership act as role models to younger people. This allows the younger members to learn, gain valuable insights, and eventually take the place of the existing leadership. In this way, we model our leadership in our community after the leadership system within our team. We provide leadership roles in small projects to give many team members experience being leaders, helping them gain skills to lead within the community.
