On October 28th and 29th, we competed in the Georgia Robotics Invitational Tournament and Showcase (GRITS) competition at Riverside Preparatory Academy. We played 10 qualification matches Saturday and Sunday. During Alliance Selection, we were chosen by number one seed Columbus Space Program (Team 4188) along with Innovation Robotics (Team 8866). After a clean sweep through the playoffs, we moved on to the finals. Our alliance won 2 of the 3 finals matches! Winning at GRITS was awesome! And we are very happy to have helped our alliance do well.
We had a great time playing the CHARGED UP game one last time. The 2023 season was a good year for our robot. We hope to continue to improve going forward, building on the successes of this season into the new FIRST game in 2024.
