On March 16 and 17 we competed at the PCH District Gwinnett Event at Discovery High School. After the qualification matches were complete we were in third place. As captain of Alliance 2, we chose FRC 4509 (Mechanical Bulls) and FRC 9522 (Archimedes) as alliance partners. We made it to the finals but unfortunately lost to Alliance 1 in the final match. We were awarded the Industrial Design Award as the judges felt our robot Zenith distinguishes itself from others by its aesthetic and functional design. We are hoping our performance at Dalton and Gwinnett will have given us enough District Points to secure an invitation to the PCH District Championship the first week of April. In the meantime, we are working to get Zenith competition ready. Wish us luck!
